EICR Inspections
An Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) is a thorough inspection of all electrical installations in a property — wiring, consumer unit, sockets, switches, and earthing. It identifies anything unsafe or not meeting current standards.

Homeowners: Recommended every 10 years, or when buying or selling a property.
Remedial work: If issues are found, we fix them — no second contractor needed.
Full documentation: Signed EICR certificate provided on completion.
